Why are we doing this?
We have long been interested in the quality of advice that is provided by the food industry, hence our close interrogation of the rules and regulations of the FDA that generate so much of the information that is currently provided on the Nutrition Facts Label. We believe that we have come up with a tool that is more advanced than others on the market in several respects:

• It is fast and does not entail long delays relating to the production of laboratory reports.
• And ultimately of course, we seek to provide advice and assistance.
