Why are we doing this?
We have long been interested in the quality of advice that is provided by the food industry, hence our close interrogation of the rules and regulations of the FDA that generate so much of the information that is currently provided on the Nutrition Facts Label. We believe that we have come up with a tool that is more advanced than others on the market in several respects:

Experience gained through three years of working closely with the FDA in interpreting their rules and regulations is our main asset.
